Coach Education
The Coaches' Association (HKHDCCA) has long been committed to advancing cricket coaching within the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai & Hills District Cricket Association (HK&HDCA). Through dedicated efforts and a series of free 'Coach the Coaches' sessions, HKHDCCA has connected with junior team coaches from the 20 affiliated clubs, sharing insights and practical advice to enhance the quality of weekly training sessions. These initiatives are designed to enrich the experience for young boys and girls, fostering their skill development and enjoyment of the sport.
Moving forward, HKHDCCA aims to intensify its coach development programs led by our Head Coach, Connor Hindmarch. By offering a broader array of activities and drills, our goal is to empower coaches with the tools they need to run training sessions effectively and provide their players with an environment to both learn and better themselves.
