HK&HDCA Community Programs

HK&HDCA Community Programs

The Coaches’ Association (HKHDCCA) has conducted a range of special programs aimed at enhancing the skills and enjoyment of junior players registered with HK&HDCA affiliated clubs, or new players sampling cricket, many of whom love the introductory sessions and sign up for their local cricket club.

These programs include the popular junior cricket clinics each school holidays, plus special sessions put on for junior players at a club’s request. HKHDCCA has responded to invitations from various clubs to conduct a special coaching session, generally early in the season, to help new club coaches with planning and implementing varied, beneficial and enjoyable training sessions. These sessions have been instrumental in improving the young players’ skills, confidence and love of the game.

Moving forward, HKHDCCA is eager to deliver on requests from HK&HDCA clubs related to pre-season programs and weekly training sessions during the season. These
programs are designed and organised by Cricket Australia Representative (Level 2) coach and our Community and Representative Program Coordinator, Tyler Lang, in collaboration with our Head Coach, Connor Hindmarch.
